Today was the last day (I should think) that I shall spend in Peterborough library during the Easter holidays. I spent 2 hours scanning newspaper articles from 1917 and 1919 and then I spent another 3-4 hours writing down information about Coates soldiers from the 1916 newspaper. I arrived at 1.00 and left at 6.55pm (although that was after a 10-15 minute chat with the librarian) so with a break for a cuppa at about 4.30 I spent some 5 1/2 hours there. I am finding out quite a lot.

You must be exhausted! Great to hear that all the work you are putting in is paying off and that you are finding lots of information about Coates soldiers in WW1. Looking forward to reading more about them in due course.
